Multi-Brand Design System
One of the accomplishments I'm most proud of is creating a multi brand design system that became the foundation for several Fruit of the Loom, Inc. brands. What began as an observation quickly evolved into a larger vision: each brand was solving many of the same design and development challenges independently while still needing to maintain its own unique identity. I saw an opportunity to create a shared system that would bring consistency, improve efficiency, and support growth across the entire portfolio.
I led the initiative from concept to implementation, designing and documenting reusable components, patterns, and standards that could flex to meet the distinct needs of brands like Fruit of The Loom, Vanity Fair Lingerie, Russell Athletic, JERZEES, and Spalding. The system streamlined collaboration between design and development, reduced duplicate effort, and created a scalable framework for future launches and enhancements. More importantly, it demonstrated how thoughtful systems thinking can create meaningful impact across an organization. Years later, it remains one of my most celebrated contributions and a project that continues to shape how I approach design, collaboration, and problem solving.
